I used to use this app religiously. Now... it won't even load up. From other comments, its been this way for months now. So just a heads up... if anyone has the app, no matter what, DO NOT DELETE or GET A NEW PHONE because you will no longer have access to the app. Damn.

Every time I download app it says error retry or check internet connection??? Same internet connection works for all other apps. I have tried installing this app over 2 yrs and it keeps saying/doing the same thing.

(UPDATE) Apparently there is no interest in updating the app, I personally emailed about the issue and after several emails back and forth... the person stopped emailing and the issue persists.. all good though, I've discovered another local casino that so far, appreciates their players. Every time I try to open the app it says to check my internet connection..it happens over WiFi and using data. I've used it fine in the past, I uninstalled and reinstalled and it just keeps happening.

App will not open! Have read multiple reviews, that are dated back to 6 months ago, obviously NO ONE from Treasure Bay is interested about fixing the glitches! While staying at hotel during the first of two nights, I had an employee go into my room while I wasn't there and cleaned the room while stealing my bags. I immediately notified front desk and security. Problem was not resolved by security or management until three weeks later by giving me a meal compensation for my "inconvenience"!

The app doesn't let you login in cellular data or on WiFi. Error try again later no internet connection for all 8 people in our group.
