MergeTV is a streaming service available to FOCUS Broadband customers in North Carolina and allows customers to use their FOCUS Broadband Internet service to stream a lineup of the most popular local channels and national cable TV networks on a variety of devices without a digital cable box*. Most major streaming devices are supported, so you can watch your favorite programs and movies on your favorite devices*. MergeTV includes a host of popular features including: Video on Demand, Start Over and Cloud DVR. Start Over allows you to restart many of your favorite programs that have aired in the last 75 hours without setting a recording. MergeTV also includes up to 100 hours of Cloud DVR recording time with all packages at no extra charge. You can purchase additional time and get up to 300 hours. With MergeTV, you can also set up user profiles for the family based on your individual preferences and restrictions. Start Over is enabled/disabled on an individual show and/or network basis. The amount of time certain shows will be available will vary and not all shows or all networks allow this feature as part of our content agreements. MergeTV Cloud DVR recordings can be viewed outside the home on an individual show and/or network basis depending upon contractual rights.
