4. provide users access to real time coaching and/or treatment from certified health professionals based on their health data;

5. self-help interactive micro-lessons aimed at a. providing individuals with information about diabetes and common mental health problems; and b. practical evidence-based strategies designed to manage these conditions;

6. complete and track progress of lessons at your own pace;

7. allow individuals to consult with certified health professionals in real time on a range of health issues;

8. personalised notifications to drive users’ engagement and compliance with treatment.
