About this app

To celebrate the World Health Organization’s 2020: The Year of the Nurse, American Sentinel University has developed an educational resource for nurses and prospective nurses that honors Nightingale’s life. The app lets users interact with an animated version of Florence Nightingale and provides resources to learn more about her contributions to nursing and to society.

Have you ever wanted to ask renowned nursing theorist, Florence Nightingale, questions about the nursing profession or about her inspiring life? Simply tap a category and ask a question to receive realistic audio response from a 3D representation of our beloved “Lady with the Lamp.”
