I love dar.fm to record my favorite morning show to listen to later. Only issue with the app now is it doesn't work well with my Samsung s10. I have to continually uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh my recordings. I would appreciate an update. Have been using the app and service for over 5 years.

Worked very well on older Android OS based smart phones. Occational glitch results in some broadcasts not getting recorded but rare. On latest Android Samsung Galaxy the app routinely does not download recorded sessions. Need to periodically reinstall the app

Great app, poor website and non-existent customer support. The website becomes non-responsive when using the channel guide editor (this issue is independent of browser/browser plugins). Occasionally shows are not recorded or are only partially recorded. I emailed customer support months ago and am still waiting for a response. I will not be renewing my premium subscription when it expires.

liked the app until a couple of days ago when it stopped allowing me to download any of my programs. I have sent multiple emails asking for help and have still not had a reply
