This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Assemble on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Meh, mostly useless. In Utah County, the voters soundly rejected a mayoral form of county government, yet the poll results on this app showed a completely flipped opinion to the vote count. This app is failing to attract most voters, and rightly so. "Connection" through electronic device really isn't connection at all.

I care about what's going on in my city but have never really known where to go. This app is perfect for letting me know what's going on and having a voice in th those matters.

Clean, easy to use application. Not intrusive or obnoxious, great for informing about city topics and events,

Doesn't load. I can get to the point where I choose my city and enter my name, but it never loads past this. Useless, doesn't work.
