About this app

ASMR sounds have proven to be helpful with insomnia, anxiety, sadness, depression, stress, focusing and studying, pain and chronic pain.

We've gathered the most efficient ASMR trigger sounds such as tappings, crinkles, brushing, munching and other curious sounds to help you feel relaxed, secured and comforted.

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is an experience commonly described as having a narrow range of specific sensations and feelings triggered by specific sounds.

Sensations include sparkly or static-like tingles or waves in the head which may flow to other areas of the body while feelings include relaxation, comfort, calmness, sleepiness, peacefulness, happiness, and/or euphoria.

Everyone has different triggers so we've tried to make a compilation of different non-threatening, soft and methodical sounds that have been tested on various individuals.

You may use our app in several ways:

-to reach the state of comfort, peacefulness and relaxation by going through the library of ASMR triggering sounds ( use of headphones is recommended );

-if you wish to be woken up by some of the calm, sensations triggering sounds;

-if you feel like hearing the sounds of brushing, munching, crunching, sparkling etc. whenever your phone rings or you receive a notification, you can make any of these sounds your default ringtone.
