I bought an air conditioner and they delivered it and installed it. Then 20 minutes after they left, it made a loud sound and stopped working completely. I have spent 8 days since trying to get them to exchange it, or refund it or repair it. But they make it nearly impossible to contact them. I succeed 2 times and each time they promised to come investigate and exchange it; each time they send a SMS saying request canceled due to incomplete information. They are Cheaters!!!

don't buy anything here, they are liars and cheaters. I bought a Samsung cell phone and they added 2 glass protection to the receipt for 40sr without my knowledge, when I asked the cashier again, they answered the 40sr was for service settings. Even then, I didn't ask for it because I could do it myself, even if it was for service fees, why did the receipt say I bought glass protection? in essence they deceive buyers. 0 stars for extra sales and extras themselves. Very disappointed.

It's such a pathetic app. If it had been any star stating minus points, i surely would have given them the lowest. And if i were the manager of their app team i would have fired this developer and blacklisted him for not ever getting job in this field because he is worth not a peny to make such a bugy app that demands this bloody app update every week. What a disappointment app team. What a disappointment.

Update I contacted customer service 3 times each one need minimum 30 minutes waiting to answer me and till now i dont have my pdf Worst experience my order came with no PDF receipt and the items cMe damage and branch refuse to.receive it In spite that the order appear in.my app for.Extra And customer service need to wait for more than 30 minutes twice just to.pick.up call
