If you have plenty of free time, and want to over complicate your supermarket shopping experience this is the App for you! For everyone else, it's a distracting, irritating nusience. The offers are far too specific to be useful for most people. E.g. Spend £x on product group P to get £y off, feels unnatural, and is encouraging people to buy things they don't need. Spend £x and get £y off would be better, or even spend £any and get y% off would be perfect, and we could dispense with the scheme.

Not great. Seems simple enough to use but I think it's a bit of a con really, you donr collect points from all your shopping like you do with tesco, its only on their 'star products' so you can spend a lot of money, which I have, but you only get points if you buy qualifying products. Also, another con is that in the coupons, when it say things like £1 off this or £4 off that, its not actually money off the thing your buying, but money into that pot thing instead. That's me going back to Tesco.

I love the idea of earning money when you spend and doing the little goals set out to earn more money back, but the app never works. I've changed my password more times than I can count. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app dozens of times all in the hopes that I can log in and get the vouchers that I've earned. Please fix it because it's so bloody broken!!

App has always worked great for me. I would like to recommend a new feature. For the list of star products, it would be great if we could bookmark them somehow as a reminder to buy them. Kind of like a shopping list. It's not always obvious in store what has offers, and reviewing the list might inspire to try something we normally wouldn't buy.

This app started off fine. The last two weeks, it hasn't updated my cashpot at all, despite saying it had on.my receipts and reassurance from staff in store. You ring the number given when you look for help on the app and you're on hold for 20 minutes or more. I had to ring off in the end. Not impressed. Staff in store say they can't change it their end.

Very easy to use as your points turns into money and can be use it in store. I find the app very discriminatory to the older generation. In my opinion people should have the choice to choose between the app and a card for everyone to have a fair shopping experience. I shop at Asda on a regular basis and comes across a lot of elderly people, who are unable to use the App as a result of not having a smartphone. For me they are denied their rights of getting the same experience as everyone.
