A good companion app for shopping. UI is a little clunky, but functional. Some changes/features that would be nice to see are: - Larger quanity (+/-) buttons. They're a little too small. - The ability to pay in app, instead of having to go through checkout. - In-app receipts. - Maybe the ability to load up my basket that I've put together on the Asda website, and have the app tell me where to go in store. Almost like a shopping list that's automatically checked off as I scan items.

Not bad, 4 stars because the scanning is a bit clunky, the camera keeps going off every time you have to keep clicking the screen to activate & if it's ready to go off again it won't recognise the barcode until you activate it again so you end up standing around a lot waiting for the camera to turn back on, otherwise it's pretty good.

Very good app, it save times but in most of stores there is Internet problem. Store should install some boosters, so that our Internet work properly and all goes smoothly, some times it stuck during the shopping that was really fed up, need lots of improvement and asda app and asda scan should be combined, why should we keep both apps.

Doesn't work. Tried Asda WiFi and my own 5g/4g network. Kept saying "no network connection" even though I was connected and could use internet and other apps. Took ages to scan a barcode and kept giving errors. Got fed up trying and tipped the contents of my bags that did eventually scan in to the trolley, left it in the middle of the aisle and went to a different supermarket where their technology does actually work. Uninstalling

I'm so confused as to how the search button function works. Literally every single product you could think of is listed as 'unable to locate this item in store'. I've seen many other reviews having the same complaint so please could you fix this? It would be a brilliant feature if it worked properly.

Very clunky and not smartphone friendly. Most apps like this recognise that you mainly use your thumb to click the screen. This app requires you to constantly click on the upper part of the screen - well out of reach of your thumb, making it awkward to operate. Bar code recognition is often slow, especially the QR code at checkout. It often feels it's not going to work. Overall great idea, but well behind other supermarket scanning apps in design and operation. Needs a lot more work.
