It's exactly what I needed! I love that I can add my own affirmations, and that I can record them on my own voice to hear them back. I believe it's more powerful when it's like I am talking to myself.

This app allows manually writing your own affirmations, recording them in your own voice, and also selecting a personalized background image for each affirmation. This is the best Affirmations App. Other apps only allow us to record 14 seconds for each affirmation, and neither have background image support.

I've been using this for at least a year now and its amazing. I use it to trigger customer affirmations to combat my negative thoughts and it has been a game changer. Highly recommend. Update: 4 years in now and this app has helped me grow more than I could have imagined. I change my affirmations as I need and they reliable and spontaneously appear, seemingly always at the right time.
