the app worked great for my first submission but after that the app keeps crashing and telling me it is unable to upload then it logs me out.

I've done 3 videos already for Apgar and ATI still won't proceed to the next step. Faulty app with shoddy capabilities. I ended up sending a video to my instructor directly and not through ATI.

It crashes every time after you record your video and the support line just says uninstall and reinstall when you call them. They were no help whatsoever.
