This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Munzee for Locus Map on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

To all the people that "Can't load it" - This is an add-on for another program called Locus Map. It WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT LOCUS MAP. - and for the Devs: it could be listed a bit clearer that this requires Locus Map. Good add-on though. Works well.

Downloaded this app several times but cannot open it. No open button, only uninstall. An occasional "disabled" bubble pops up.

Munzee is the next generation in global scavenger hunt games. It is based on collecting points for capturing "Munzees", i.e. stickers with QR codes hidden all around the World.

Munzee Add-on can help you with the hunt:
- it displays the Munzees on a map in Locus screen
- displays Munzee details - coordinates, number of captures, date of deploying, creator, notes, hints, comments
- allows commenting on Munzees
- displays logs, shows user profiles, launches Munzee website to send messages or Google Translator to translate user comments
- launches official Munzee app to capture Munzees
