About this app

Every one of us has hidden powers we never explore, develop or use. Many of us let our physical, intellectual, and spiritual potential buried in side us for good.

Meditation is a process of relaxing our body, and developing our potentials hidden inside us, real happiness of mind, spirituality and goodness. Meditation not only gives us peace of mind, but also makes us more spiritual and better human beings.

Buddha Way of Meditation Relaxation App teaches the same method of Meditation that Gotam Buddha applied to attain great revelation. His meditation included 3 long parts.
Part A
In the first, long part, Buddha learnt to relax his body and mind by living in nature, and listening to the music in nature.

Part B
In the second, long part, Buddha spent time to know and become a part of nature, by focussing his concentration on amazing things in nature.

Part C
In the third and the longest part, Buddha spent time in developing his inner self by concentrating on the third eye, Ajana Chakra - spot between the two eyes. He got enlightened as he went deep within his mind, saw his true self, and became spiritual and empowered with great wisdom, bliss, and goodness.

How Buddha way of Meditation Relaxation app works:
On the first screen, click on the Start button, and go to the second screen.
On the second screen use Start, and Stop buttons to start or stop the music.
The three A B C buttons are the help buttons, each explaining the respective part of the Meditation.
Rate App button is for you to rate the app.
Quit button allow you to close the screen.

As Buddha way of Meditation Relaxation app plays, it tells you the beginning of the each part.

In Part A:
Close your eyes and listen to the music and the Mantra of OM. It will relax you your mind and body.
This part will last for 2 minutes.

In Part B:
Focus your eyes on the symbol of OM.
Chant the OM Mantra loudly along with the music, while breathing out.
This part will last for 3 minutes.

In Part C:
Close your eyes.
Stop chanting the OM Mantra.
Concentrate your mind on the Ajana Chakra - the spot between the two eyes, and visualize the symbol of OM on that spot. Concentrate on it.
Open eyes, for a moment, to look at the OM symbol on the device screen, so that you can re-establish the OM symbol at the Ajana Chakra.
This last part will last for 10 minutes.

Make it your habit to sit quietly for 15 minutes everyday and do Buddha way of Meditation Relaxation. You will be amazed at the benefits.
