I'm rating the app only, not the website. First, the nature of the products doesn't lend itself easily to an app. You want to see larger images before purchasing. Second, there is no space for users to rate a product they've purchased. That alone probably would have helped avoid a long chat session to get an answer. Third, the decal came in two halves. The product description did not indicate this anywhere, and that made application tricky AND puts a line on the image.

Waste of time compared to the website. If you have a list from a search and you click on an item for a closer look.... and then you return back to ths list, it puts you all the way back at the top and you have to scroll down to find where you were like you're shopping online in 1998.
