Socials' Armor is here to help you navigate in a world where everyone communicates via email or online posts. Armor wants to take us back to our roots, which is speaking in person and enjoying the company of a human in real life.

Armor is a social application whose main objective is to inspire real-time personal conversations. But Armor also helps you to discreetly dismiss unwanted conversations with users on the network. (Pre-emptive action to stop a potential conversation)

Armor's mission is to mandate & mediate in-person conversations, so all your in-person communication and conversations are meaningful.

Armor aims to save the time and effort, we waste on individuals who do not want to speak. Pointless conversations that waste both parties time is unproductive especially if both parties do not want the conversation.

Armor wants to inform you before you speak that the conversation is wanted and worth it.

Armor includes Geo-restrictions, Profile Picture restrictions and eliminates all anonymity. Because of these features Armor is unlike any other social apps or networks.

Armor Profiles/Accounts are only accessible when users are in the same proximity(~33ft radius).

Armor was made for public events.

Armor will make sure each person is comfortable with the social aspects of the event.

This allows introverts to be alone and enjoy the party without being hassled to mingle and it allows extroverts to know who to mingle with and who is perfectly fine being alone in the corner next to the dog. Armor wants to eliminate forced conversations that tend to happen between Introverts and Extroverts, both parties normally do not enjoy.

*The current version of Socials' Armor includes dummy accounts to show investors the UnArmor functionality. These accounts will be removed once the beta/testing is over.*

App Permissions

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
