To whoever is thinking to buy from this brand - I ordered on their app some paur of shoes. On the description, it says that it is 100% leather. To my surprise, when I received them, they were plastic material, such a cheap quality. I paid a high amount for such poor quality. I contacted their customer service more than 5 times, asked them to send their items back so I can get a refund. It has been more than 5 weeks now, no refund and no one is replying to me. Don't waste your money. Big spam.

القطع جدا قبيحة وماتسوى دينار حسافة نزلت الابليكيشن..ومافي اي ذوق او حتى لمحة جمال والتصميم مخجل ..خياطة وخامة والوان جدا فااااشلة..ضياع للوقت إزالة🚫 The pieces are very ugly and not worth a dinar. The products are nice. But the buying process is faulty. The order didn't go through but still my card was charged. Previously I needed to return items and it took 3 month to get the refund. I addition, the advertised coupons are misleading. They say 15 or 30 % but when you check out they are much less than that. Even if you follow terms and conditions There is something seriously wrong with their financial department

Slow slow very slow. And nothing downloaded i can't see any products only the one on home page without even opening any item's page. I tried to open from website it's even worse

Very bad application actually, it is very slow, the order list would not give correct info about the status of the order, the wishlist would start from the oldest items you liked which brings all the old and maybe out of stock items in your sight instead of the freshly added items.. It also requires several trials to checkout before one is accepted. It takes ages to add/remove items from the bag, and. I'm really disappointed by this app..
