About this app
The brief intro about the app is presented in the form of slides. The current tour displayed is just sample and will be edited by the venue admin with the new screens and content.
Login screen allows the user (registered) to login with the valid credentials.
'Continue as Guest', in this screen, helps the guest user to browse the generic content of the venue and also to ‘sign up’ as a member for the venue.
From 'Continue as Guest' ie, ‘Guest user login’ takes to the home page, shows venue offers that are specified only for guest users.
New user will be able to send request for registration. The signup screen, which is available from the menu in the ‘Guest User Login’, helps the guest user to register them with the venue by entering all mandatory details, as required by the backend system. User has to visit the venue for approval and payment.
Home screen, contain venue offers based on the type of user (may vary for guest or registered) will appear after successful login.
Point Balance screen shows the current earned point balance for the user. The awarded points can’t be converted to cash.
Tier screen shows the current tier of the registered user. This also gives the info about the next two tiers in the ladder.
Not Collected shows the barcodes of the each reward type which are redeemed but not collected.
Rewards shows the list of ‘Achieved’ rewards and ‘Yet to be achieved’ rewards with detailed points/description for each reward type.
Reporting shows the graph for each reward type for the points awarded/redeemed in an intervals of ‘Today’(daily), ‘Last 7 days’(from current date), ‘Last 30 days’(from current date).
Renew Membership shows the screen, which allows the user to renew the current membership either by using points or money. This screen helps the user to place a request for renew membership. However, validation for amount will be done manually by the venue staff.
Events shows the list of all upcoming events happening in a particular venue.
Calendar shows the list of all upcoming events in the calendar view. Clicking on each item, would in turn take to the event detail screen.
Facilities shows the list of all available facilities categorized. This screen is static and gives the info only. Clicking on each category gives details of the facilities available at the venue.
Venue Info shows the information about the venue in four segments. ‘About us’ gives the brief description of the venue, ‘Photos/Videos’ gives the photos/videos uploaded by the venue. ‘Contact Us’ gives the contact details for the venue.
Help gives the static text about each feature of the application. This helps in getting idea of a particular feature.
Map gives the direction from the user’s location to the venue location. This works only if the app is allowed for geo location configuration settings.
Responsible Gambling gives the simple suggestion in a friendly manner for the users on how the gambling affects their lives.
News Feed gives all the news uploaded by the venue.
Valid and eligible user will be able to play very short games (duration max: 30 Seconds) to earn the rewards. The pre-determined points will be awarded to user to play games. These games are not gambling games but just fun games to engage the customer. The awarded points can’t be converted to cash.
User will be redirecting to the predefined external web url.
After the successfully login, user shall be allowed to generate the mobile pin. This helps the user to login to the app easily. This applies to the current device only.
If the user has already generated the mobile pin, then the menu changes to ‘Change Mobile Pin’.
If the user logs out from the app, after generating the mobile pin, then they get 'Mobile Pin Login' screen.
At any point of time, if the user again logins through ‘Continue with Security pin’, then the generated mobile pin will no longer be valid.
