Almost all telemetric data is inaccurate, whenever I try to use the fuel locator the app just closes itself out and I have to sign back in. For the most part this thing seems not only pointless, but counter productive. I spend more time doing required training than actually using the app

The password requirements are worse than useless, they say it requires 1 each of upper and lower case, symbol, and number, minimum 8 characters. They don't tell you that there is a hidden maximum of 16 characters.

Terrible app. It only shows vehicle info but I can click on anything to find service etc. Guess I shouldn't expect more because ARI is terrible also.

May 2021 and this garbage app is still unusable. Just force closes as soon as I login. If your goal as a business is to waste as much employee time as possible then choose ARI. I would not recommend using this to my worst enemy.

This app is absolutely awful. For such a big company, who services so many people, I'm surprised they invested so little into the app that they force their clients to use.
