This app really helped my child with his nightly reading! It went from throwing himself on the floor refusing to read or even to try to sound out words to him reading without any trouble and actually making it through a book without giving up or becoming frustrated with not being able to understand a word. My kids love this reading app! They take their ipads everywhere! When I look back from the steering wheel, I see my kids reading a book with their favorite youtuber. And when you finish the book, you can pop balloons, And rate the book! You can pick a fun character and Customize your screen. I give this app a 15/10!

Rivet is one of the best apps for teaching kids to read. I really enjoy watching them just read the books of their choice. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because I wish we had other voices for the read to kid option. It's the same bland voice and I wish I could change it up.

We absolutely love this app! I love that it underlines and recognizes when she has read a word. It really builds her confidence in reading. We use this instead of the app from her school. I am so sad that this app will not be available anymore. I wish it would stay available.

Please don't shut down this Awesome App I don't know weather this will make any difference or not...but I would like to point out that this app is awesome and really useful for me and my relatives. English is our second language...so we improved a lot using this app. Please don't shut down such great app.

Down loaded this to help my grandkids get excited about reading....and they love it....I like the way it reads to them for the younger ones and the older ones can get help sounding the word when they are not sure of one word...great app.
