Terrible costumer service. Sent and item for repair and they did worst possible repair ever to my pants and they refuse to replace the item despite accepting their mistake. The website and app both are super slow. It gives error 404 on most of the pages you want to see. ( the shipping tracking link, the new arrivals, etc....) 🙄🙄🙄🙄 90% of the items out of stock.

A go to app, my only issue is you put things into the basket and next minute they just disappear from there for no reason so you have to do it again. Aside from that it's an app I use a lot instead of the website.

The app is fast and slick. It's a better experience than the web site. It's still needs some tweaking such has changing store country manually. I'm based in france with en_us language on my phone. It's seems it forces me to by to the US store. Please check that out. Thanks! So only four stars for now:)

Why does neither mobile nor desktop allow filitering by size? So if I want to look at shells I have to enter every shell's product page to figure out if it's available? Why not just save me the hassle and skip to the part where everything either is or isn't in my size lol.

Product pages feel like it's going at 10 fps on Android. There's also no confirmation page after entering in your payment info. And sometimes it just kicks me off for no reason, like I'm overloading it.
