This app is very glitchy and needs to be modified! The credit card information says it did not take, but it really does and shows up on the account. If you get error codes, you will have an option to call or email. If you call, no one answers so.... You have to email, and they will reply the next day. The offers have issues and did not work on mine. I had to contact support to get it to work. In all fairness, this is a new app. I would wait for an update before I download this version!

Im sure the app will get slightly better with time. We are from Mobile, AL so Biloxi, MS is only 1hr or so away and it is by far one of the BEST places to take the Kids. The more you play in the Arcade you can "tier up" and get bonuses including free night stays in the Resort (w/Resteraunts, Bars,& Waterpark)which are worth $120.00+... You're also in 100yd walking distance from the Golden Nugget Casino aka The Adult Arcade. Escape also has an awesome and HUGE selection of games & prizes!! *****

Super annoying app! 17 notifications a day about an important message but when you go to the app, no messages! The monthly message that does go through always has a "click here for more info" link yet you can never click on it.

Thank Jesus for this app, I hate carrying a card for individual businesses. Also, I really appreciate seeing all of the dank offers. The pin protecting the payment cards is a really great feature and means my children are that much safer from overspending their way to punishment. I might never be able to truely escape, but thank you Apriva for an experience I'll never forget.

important message keeps popping up when i have no messages. Loading screen takes longer than expected. Other than that i see no other issues.

5 out of 5, I never had to wait to reload my Escape Game Card. I could see my ticket balances and credits. Was lit. I also was able to get Gucci exclusive offers and notifications super easy.
