Very convenient app...never have to wait in lines except when using email coupons. For improvement, I recommend that the app have the ability to accept the scan code from the email coupons. As of now, I have to stand in line tomorrow to use the buy $20 get $20 free coupon. Otherwise a convenient app that eorks well.

Text message verification code fails to send via SMS. Please add an email option so we can change our passwords. Also, add support for logging in via FB, Google, Apple etc. This will fix your archaic login process from failing so often. You've lost out on my business at least 10 in the last few months, since I can't login to reload via the app. Please fix this developer or Dave and Busters, might be prudent to change third-party development company you work with to find a more competent team.

Yea this thing gave all sorts of errors when changing the password, changing PIN number, adding cards, redeeming offers. Then they prompt you to call a number with a ridiculous wait time. It was best to just show it to the folks up front and do it all without the app because after fudging with it for about an hour. I cannot recommend avoiding this enough.

This app was good.....at one time! I stopped receiving my $20 for $20 coupons and haven't received any reason as to why. I also had problems with my card, with no real help following that. Can't give five stars, for less than stellar performance.

I have 4 power cards for our family and every time I try to use the app to add chips I get an error message after I am done charging the 1st of the 4 cards. I tried this morning to take advantage of the MLK special where I could buy $20 and get $20 up to 3 times. I was only able to use the promo on one card and then I get an error to email or call ... what's the point then of this app? I can't even go to customer service for help at the location because this is a redeem in app only special.

The old app worked perfectly. The new app is buggy crashes and can't store CC info to take advantage of the latest D&B in app offers. Our family used to spend well over $1000.00 in game play at Dave & busters. We don't go any more. The app developers have never responded to any of my email requests for support or request for support in the app. Horrible app. D&B needs to fire this company and get a new developer for their app.
