Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Hackstudy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

This app was developed inspired in previous studies of memory consolidation

It provides a white sound combined with bilateral stimulation to activate brain delta waves which help to stimulate memory consolidation and deep relaxation.

USE INSTRUCTIONS.

1. Use the app with headphones and study

2. Take a nap or sleep with the SAME sound in the background (no headphones needed).

3. This will help the core concepts to consolidate.

Other uses.

1. To achieve a deeper relaxation state.

2. To help babies relax and deep sleep

3. As a EMDR therapy companion.

* P.S.

The app downloads the audio on the first time run so it needs an internet active connection the first time is used.
