I've never found a shop that had such good prices with such great flavor. The main thing that made the order, was the fact that they wrote a nice little appreation note on my online receipt. I've never had that happen before and I find it to be a part of good customer interaction!

After choosing my flavor, size, nicotine level, boost & blend, I tapped the add to cart button. The symbol that appears when a page is loading pops up; it spins & spins, remaining on the same page (never directing me to my cart). I looked in my cart, hoping my order was there; it's empty.
