Wonky app Keeps losing subscription data and featuring stories from long ago.

This is a convenient way to read the daily newspaper as well as to get recent, breaking news. The only negative aspects are, even as a subscriber you see some ads, and sometimes your article refreshes while you're in the middle of reading. Otherwise, its like having today's paper in your palm as well as part of tomorrow's.

Couldn't log in. I tried creating an account using my usual email address, and the app said I'd already used this address to log in with Facebook in the past, so please click the Facebook login button. I did, and it attempts to authenticate with Facebook, but doesn't open the Facebook app (tries to do it in a browser window) and the Facebook service doesn't allow that, saying "please install the Facebook app"... It is installed, but the Sun app doesn't open it. Dead end.

There is no way to cancel my subscription on this app. I have followed the directions given to me on the FAQs section of the app and am still unable to find a way to cancel my subscription that was supposed to be 9.99 per month but has been 16.99 per month. To be honest, neither is worth the cost for the Baltimore Sun.

I have tried to make this app provide "Silent" notifications only, but my phone still vibrates. I also tried not having any notifications from this app at all (through Android), but they still pop up. This is the only app I have this issue with. If there's no resolution on this, I'll have to delete the app to prevent distractions.

Hands down the worst digital news app. Full of bugs and ads. Purchased a digital subscription it never worked customer support is terrible. All I wanted to do was support my local journalism but such a poor experience it can die in darkness. I will take my money elsewhere to other news providers.
