Seems out of date and parts don't work. Can't login to the parent account, Google login says it can't be don't via the insecure app. Keeps asking about getting access to my phone to make calls. Annoying! District phone calls, emails and whatnot work better.

Not always very up-to-date. Get more accurate, timely info from Facebook, district calls, e.t.c.
