Scruff offers the features I want (recently viewed by and interested in lists to name two) at price that's better than reasonable. (Free!) Which means that the premium features are actually premium and for a price on willing to pay. Other apps will make you pay just a stupid amount to get access to features that ought to be standard. (I hate Grindr!) PLUS, the guys on Scruff know how to fu¢k!! WOOF!😉

New update makes the app stop every 2 min. Can't even send feedbacks, try and it breaks down again. Months later, done the below many times, nothing.... Still not working. At this point I just want to be able to remove my profile and uninstall. Wow really feel cared for that the customer service cut and pasted exactly the same message as last time. They must read as much of the text as my emails that i sent as they recommended, Not answered because they were busy with auto answers here..

Been using for several years then suddenly got a connection error. Have uninstalled and re installed, cleared cache etc..... Still not working. Can see my profile but can't action anything or even delete my profile. Unable to access support, so finally given up. My partner uses this app on an identical phone using the same WiFi and no problems. Obviously an issue but I've now given up trying to get it fixed.

I've been trying to create a profile for months now, I keep getting connection errors when trying to validate my email or get a password reset link. Apparently you're logging the devices I'm using, but can't confirm the email I used. I've written 3 emails to support with no response.

Not being able to screenshot messages in chats anymore is a safety hazard. When on the receiving end of threats, harassment, or downright creepy stalkers, screenshots are a valuable safety tool for informing friends, or authorities. UPDATE: Each time you remove this review, I'm just going to put it back. Still an issue...

not good the last 2 days loved it before It crashed the other day Tried checking server did the connection test No solution Tried customer support but couldn't get them to send a password to my email tied reinstalling the app 2x now it is worse Well guess there are other apps out there just like this one for ease of use less scammers 6-29-2021 SERVER ERROR for 4 days it wont let me on or in far enough to contact support staff
