The appliaction gets hanged after the login page. I had once deleted the application due to storage problem and now there is enough storage space but it gets hanged all the time. I have the application in two phones and it is the same case in both. Please fix this problem as fast as possible.

It looks like you can not post more than once. You have to edit your history atleast in my case The app seems to be full of bugs, I am sorry to say; and mostly it's not able to handle the traffic congestion. Yesterday night when was trying to launch the app; I was getting the error message 503. And now when I am trying to connect, the app is not able to connect. I am getting login page. Please resolve asap as from today kids have class.

As many users rightly mentioned, the OTP screen didn't show up after entering thr mobile number. I don't know what level of testing has been done before making it 'live'. It will be a big embarrassment for our principal :-( FYI: There is no hyperlink present for the feedback url. Does app dev team wants the user to type in the url? Why the app is 80+ MB in size? Could you optimize the size?

App payment/online payment via app is more risky, concerned authorities please make payment link available for laptops/computers. Also there is an additional charge added to the fees amount when you are paying from any of the available payment method. Why are you charging extra and even for net-banking you are charging extra amount. Concerned authorities kindly look into and clarify/rectify

App is showing only one child profile with my husband mobile number. Where as two daughters studying in school with same number. Tried using my mobile number to fetch other kid details but no luck. It would be good if you can test all the possible cases and fix the issues before releasing to end users.

About this app

The Christ School ICSE was established in 2007 under the management of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI) Fathers through a registered body, ‘Christ Educational Society of Bengaluru’ whose president is the Rector of Dharmaram College, Bangalore. In the beginning it was associated with Christ School (State Board) and began to function as two separate schools from May 2013.
Christ School ICSE is located a few blocks from the Bannerghatta road which runs through the southern part of the city. Surrounded by an endless chain of little shops of Suddaguntapalya, the school is ideally located and is least disturbed by the bustle of the city. Its atmosphere, ultra-modern facilities, the imposing granite buildings standing among scattered coconut palms, large sports complex, spacious skating-rink, well equipped science labs, contemporary computer lab, resourceful library and above all, well qualified and caring teachers make the school unequalled. It is indeed a school with a difference, and for the city dwellers it is a dream school where they would send their children. Christ School ICSE, Bangalore, is an educational institution run by the Catholic Minority Community, with all the rights and privileges granted by the Constitution of India and recognized by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations.
The Christ School ICSE is affiliated to the council for the Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi, bearing the Registration Number KA260 / 2013 on August 5; 2013. The Christ School ICSE was declared a Minority Educational Institution on 20th March, 2014 by National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, New Delhi. Since its inception the Christ School ICSE stands as a landmark.
During the tenure of Rev. Fr. James Narithookil CMI as Rector of Dharmaram College and the Manager of Christ School, Rev. Fr. Joseph Rathapilly CMI, started Christ School (ICSE) in the year 2007 and served as the first Principal of the institution. Since then he had been instrumental in developing the progression of the School. At present Rev. Dr. George Edayadiyil is the Manager and Rev. Fr. Nilson Davis CMI hold the reins.
