App stops working not playing songs, has to force stop and play. Reached out to apple music support. They informed they can troubleshoot only for ios devices, and suggested me to reach out to samsung tech support. This issue is happening only in android still they dont care. But sell paid subscription in android.

Wouldnt play music anymore, signing in and out didnt help either. A few days later I tried again and the same result. Im reinstalling now, but this is poor service for something you pay to use. Especially since Apple refuses to take any responsibility and passes it off to the phone manufacturer when Apple is the one who designs the app for Android phones.

Sometimes the app delays, and I recently had to delete the app, and re-download it cause everytime I clicked on a song it wouldn't play or pop up. I even restarted my phone, but that didn't work and the rest of my apps worked fine. Other than that, I'm glad I am able to listen to Itunes on a samsung phone. 🙌

Using a Note 20 Ultra, the app sometimes works, when my phone says app is using too much CPU the app won't play any music at all. Even after a restart, I have to uninstall the app to make it work again. Now that I have used the app for over a month now I find it to be annoying. It won't play half the time due to using so much of my cpu. I'm uninstalling for good.

Note 20 Ultra. Gave this a try because my wife has ios and got the family subscription. The first song after opening the app takes forever to start playing, on a 5G connection. Connect to bluetooth and the last song info appears on my car dash without ever opening the app. Just saw that it is running in background 100% of the time! I get that Apple wants us to use Apple but why bother putting out an Android app if you put out a broken sorry excuse of an app. Not helping your case Apple!

Great app probably one of my favorites. But.. UNINSTALLED...the number one reason it loves to randomly open all the time. Especially if I unlock my phone and bam apple music opens for no reason. I wouldn't mind it every now and again but it does it every single time. You can't tell me it's a glitch. They want you to use there services even if you don't want too. For all I know they use a log system to see how many times it's been opened to prove to music industry it's #1
