It connects people who want to hangout and looking for others to join.

If you want to be part of this, all you have to do is to write what you are up to tonight. People nearby with similar interests will request to join you.
It works the other way around. You can “Say Hi” to nearby users if you have similar thoughts.

You don’t have to set up an event. You just spend your daily activities normally and people will request to join you.
