Update 5/22/20: Updated app to current version and the problem is resolved. Thanks for your quick response and fix! No attachments open on the app. When I click on the link in the message, it says 'failure'. Many other parents report this issue. This has been happening for months if not years. I think the file types are PDF. It would be great to have this looked at as the school is attempting to communicate important information to parents and every time there is an update, I have to go searching in other places like the school website or ask an iPhone user for a screenshot.
