About this app

Some of the greatest cities around the world are home to brutalist architecture. These 20th century concrete designs are rapidly disappearing as they fall out of favour with both politicians and the public. Some have become protected buildings, but many other examples have been demolished or are at risk. We are trying to convince people to look at Brutalist buildings in a new way.

Brutalist Mapper allows for allows fans (or enemies) of brutalist architecture to pinpoint Brutalist buildings and join in discussing the future of these concrete designs in our cities.

It allows for anyone to discover and add new buildings to the App.
