What is the "new app" it has migrated to?

The notifications pop up every 5 min, making my phone buzz like a vibration tool. The user friendliness is comparable to windows 8, so take what you want if you will. Lastly the makers of the app gave this a 5 star review, so....

If you want to make money off of an app, make one that works and advertises local business. Stop with the notifications. I would give this a 0 if I could.
