Rayados Reynosa es una Escuela Oficial del Club Monterrey. La cual inicio el 01 de enero del año 2010. Siendo las instalaciones del Club Deportivo Bancario, la sede de nuestra escuela de futbol, siendo el fundador el Ing. Carlos Cesar Alemán Salinas.
