Звернення перекидають на різних виконавців, а через місяць закривають без пояснень

Верните пож возможность негативно оценивать работу городских/коммунальных/и тд служб и ставить оценку "неисполнено" (именно такой функционал был в предыдущей версии этого приложения). Сейчас же любая отписка коммунальных служб автоматически считается "выполненной" заяакой

Уйня повна. Переадресовують звернення зі служби на службу. Кінці кінців скидають якусь тупу відписку а то і просто мовчки закривають звернення без жодних пояснень. Результат звернення повний НУЛЬ. Шлак.

Надайте можливість залишати коментарі та повертати в роботу звернення, які переводять у статус Закрито, залишивши без виконання просто додаючи, абсолютно нікчемну та шаблонну відписку, яка часто не має відношення до суті чи координати самого звернення. В іншому випадку, це просто трата часу на оформлення нових звернень, які в результаті не містять історії та, у більшості випадків, не вирішуються а просто знову закриваються тією ж відпискою. Складається враження, що їх навіть ніхто не читає :/

Авторизация через приват или моно не работает. В одном из обращений мне придоставили план територии который в приложении не отрывается, в веб версии не отображается вообще, оператор говорит что план предоставлен, она его может просмотреть, проблема якобы у меня и как ее решать она не знает. Поддержка вообще есть у этого приложения?
