Ordered from them after a hiatus of 4-5 months... The first guy gave a can whose neck is broken. Sadly did not see at the time of delivery as it was cleverly concealed under the seal. So I thought it will be taken care during the next delivery. Ordered today at 7.30 PM and after multiple follow up delivery was done at 10 pm. The delivery guy refuses to accept the broken can and asks me to pay 150! It's a very sad service and I am uninstalling the app... Local kirana is far more dependable.

Really bad experience on using 20l. Calling them for 2 days everytime they say will deliver in half hour. Really bad service. Only accurate delivery during first time.

You can order only between 10 AM to 6 PM I think. If you need water another time, just die thirsty! There is no status of the orders anywhere. Even after 2-3 hours of ordering, you are not sure whether you will get water bottle or not. They give lame reasons like they couldn't find address even after providing detailed address in their awful UI, they can't find it. If you order a single bottle, they say we can't come so far for you with only one water bottle, so we need to order 2 or 3 twenty litre bottles.

The service is very unreliable in ITI layout. I went to buy water bottles from nearby shops after waiting for 4-5 hours too many times. Finally uninstalling the App.

Poor app, ordered 2 bottles of water can. They called and said they will come. And kept on postponing and didn't come.
