Ordonne :
Article premier - La présente ordonnance détermine les règles relatives aux élections
politiques et au référendum.
Les élections politiques s’entendent de celles concernant le Président de la République, les
députés à l’Assemblée nationale et les conseillers régionaux et municipaux.
Le référendum est la consultation par vote du peuple pour approuver ou rejeter un texte
proposé par les Pouvoirs Publics.
