It was good at first but now I can't even enter it, every time I try to enter it, it stop working at all also this happen in Tokyu Anime and Anime Room and that is so annoying I can't even watch anything. Please solve the problem as fast as you can

Ok I'm happy that it have Languages and so many animes and stuff but! Why is the quality even so bad in "High quality" I mean the quality is still trash And the subtitles tho..Sometimes it's too skinny or too fat or so big ..like why- Even tho I loved the app but these problems made me stop watching on it The quality is so important for sure .. (My opinion) Thanks..
