It's HORRIBLE. Im a Robinsons cardmember, and a R-lister but when I tried to sign in I was prompted to sign up, which I did. Keyed in my details for a new account & always get prompted with an error msg saying I have connectivity issues. Im very sure my connection is working fine and it's the app's issue. I give up, im going to uninstall it now.

Annoyed at the fact that i cant log in. Signed up at the stores. Told to download the app. So i did. When i tried to sign in, kept asking to sign up even though i clicked on sign in. Tried to just key in my details again through the sign up, said that my email has been registered. Duh. So i give up. Deleting it.

App never update purchase into points within 3 working days/instantly. Still seeing points from Feb 2019. I just made purchase recently & it doesn't reflect it at all. So how am i gonna redeem anything with insufficient points when i should have it by now. Pls fix your bug or else don't even bother to come up with lousy app.

Initially it was working fine - registration, points/ rewards and purchase updates. however, now my points and purchase history info is missing and keeps on prompting network connectivity issue. Annoying.

Cannot even sign up keep returning having network connection issue and I can even wrote a review now but can't submit the sign up. Guess the testing did not test sign up.
