It's a good stable app, backing a good store. Nice variety and reasonable prices. From very high-end, to more modest purchases are available too. If I have an issue, it's that we cannot share our experiences on the products themselves openly. It has to be "approved".

I ordered a table about a month ago from pepperfry. The delivery time was a month and I was quite eager to receive it. It was such a disaster to see the quality of the product. First of all the product was incomplete. The parts were missing and second of all the workmanship is ultra poor. The person who came to install the product damaged it as the parts were missing. Very sad state ! I hope pepper fry will take back the product without having to fight for it.

Overpriced items and no cancellation policy which is ridiculous. I was not allowed to cancel an order which wasn't despatched because of their ridiculous policy. How can one think of supporting local companies when they have such ridiculous policies. Even the items are over priced and one get the same items at much cheaper price on other sites. Update 05/26: As requested, I responded back with order details on 05/21. Haven't heard back yet. My rating will remain 1.

The customer service experience was really bad. They were unable to resolve the issue and there was no communication or follow up on multiple requests. It's really frustrating. Apparently the issue is that Pepperfry also sells third party products for which they don't take any responsibility. That's total lack of accountability. Moreover they will keep on postponing the issue without taking any action. They should not sell products without having proper details and support services.

Bad experience. We were not informed about the installation procedure at the time of ordering but totally misinformed. They said you have to get the installation done yourself and that too after the delivery etc. Total misinformation and irresponsible. Won't recommend to anyone ever. Liars.

I bought Voyager portable table from Pepperfry a month back. I am extremely happy as I received exactly what I have ordered and with desired quality. Also delivery was on time and with prompt service. Very happy with pepperfry and it will be my 1st 'GoTo store' for future needs.
