La Méduse est une application qui a été réalisée avec des lycéens de l'Acheuléen (Amiens); elle est optimisée pour les tablettes Androïd, elle fonctionne également avec les smartphones mais peu être ralentie dans ce cas.
Le radeau de la Méduse est un tableau célèbre, réalisé entre 1818 et 1819 par le peintre français Théodore Géricault (1791-1824).
La toile est exposée au musée du Louvre, et une copie est visible au musée de Picardie à Amiens.
