This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Dr David Levy on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

The Dr. David Levy App contains breathing and imagination exercises. The breathing exercises are divided into Breathing Counts, which allow one to synchronize breathing with longer exhale than inhale, which triggers the relaxation response.
The Free Breathing Melodies section includes Bible-based breathing exercises that are musical. For each exercise, there are different breathing rates to accommodate everyone.
In the Imagination Journeys section, Bible stories are told slowly to stimulate imagination and improve education. These meditations can be helpful for sleep after you have completed one of the breathing exercises. When you feel your body relax and de-stress after a synchronized breathing count or melody, use these Imagination Journeys to help you sleep by stimulating your imagination.
The Items for Sleep section contains Bible-based sleep- inducing narratives that allow the listener to meditate on scripture passages, gain encouragement and fall asleep. We hope you enjoy these exercises.
