When this app came up in one of my feeds, it said you could read books for free, so I thought I'd try it out. But, that's a lie. You will get several chapters for free and then the charging begins in the form of purchasing coins to continue reading. In the end, you spend way too much money. More than you would spend at a bookstore. And, you still haven't read to the end of the book. These books need serious editing. Misspelled words, grammar errors and more. So disappointing.

This app is super expensive. You can only earn enough coins (Watching Ads) to read a chapter after about 3 days. Plus the various pricing of chapters makes it ridiculous long to read a book. If you purchase coins expect to pay around $90 or more to read a book. Most of the stories have great storylines, but the books are inflated to have the same scene rehashed from different perspectives. This causes the books to be extra long. In the end I'm just left with being annoyed with the whole thing.

I'd rate higher but I'm unhappy about having to buy chapters. I'm more unhappy that they get more expensive as you go. I also wish you could turn off the auto unlock feature. I understand needing to pay a little but keep it reasonable. Going to finish the story I'm reading as it's really good and then I'm probably going to delete this app if things don't change. Edit* I wanted to finish but there's over 200 chapters. Please lower pricing so I can finish the book.

I saw one of the books on an ad on Instagram and decided to download the app. Most of the stories that I looked at we're already available on other apps for free. In order to read a full book in readlink, you had to pay in order to get these coins, and there's no option to even watch ads, you just have to pay for them. The Chapters are super short, so you're not even getting your money's worth and chapters. This app isn't even worth downloading or spending your money on.

Stupid expensive with few ways to earn coins which is disappointing because I was really into the book I was reading. I poured $20 into it to find I'm only about 1/4 of the way through the story.... It's good, it's not $250 good. I think it'll take me several days of check-ins just to be able to save enough free coins to read the next chapter... I'm likely to delete the app rather than fight with it.

I really wish I could rate this higher. The concept is good but unfortunately poorly executed. You basically have to pay to read the book. It's not free whatsoever. And I understand that, but I wish there were more ways to earn free coins. It takes a week of saving up and watching ads over and over just to read one chapter of a book. It's really annoying. And they chapters only get more expensive as you go. Don't download unless you are willing to spend your money.
