About this app

The SOLAR SYSTEM, a system that includes the SUN and all the celestial bodies circling around it - nine PLANETS, their SATELLITES and ring systems, thousands of ASTEROIDS and COMET, meteoroids and cosmic dust. The inner planets are planets closer to the sun than the earth; other planets are called external. The astronomical distance is measured in ASTRONOMICAL UNITS (AU), defined as the average distance from Earth to the Sun. The boundaries of the Solar System lie beyond the PLUTON, moving in orbit at an average distance of about 39 AU from the Sun, including the Caper belt (100 AU) and the Oort cloud, consisting of comets. The solar system as a whole moves in a relatively circular orbit around the GALAXY center.

Manual contents:

- Composition of the Solar System
- The sun

- Place of the Earth in the Solar System
- System stability
- Some interesting facts

At the edge of the Milky Way galaxy, an asterisk named Sun is twinkling. According to the star classification, it is a yellow dwarf. Although to us, living its warmth and light, this star seems to be huge, all-powerful. About 5 billion years ago, the Sun formed dust from the protostellar substance, followed by the planets. The result is a planetary system.
