This app is now very difficult to navigate. After having used the old version since the beginning, more than 25 years, it is confusing to find ways around the different things. If I want to keep an email as new I first have to find where it has gone, then click on the more dots, then click on "mark as unread" which will then move the email back to new mail. The old version you only had to click on the envelope to keep as new. I DO NOT use Gmail and don't like it's layout so don't imitate it!

Keep finding issues this new version is horrible over the previous. Anyone who gives it 5 stars and say "it's great or best ever" is an obvious plant. Just because you can update it doesn't mean you should. New version to start off is not user friendly to start the list off. Would 1000% love to go back to previous version. Revert to old version. Give the option to reload previous version and keep track how many people change back. Review rating keeps dropping. Go back to version5.15.0

The new app design is horrible. The prince is small soyuz hard to read and there is no way to increase its size. When you first open the app it doesn't take you to the mail it takes you 2 News and there is no way to set up how you want the app to operate. It does not notify you all the time when you get an email even though the notification is turned on. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. The new app is junk cannot recommend

Not a fan of Yahoo news & format, which appears to have taken control. Also, I'd like to default to my email, not have to scroll to the bottom & change to my email every time I want to check it. Making the ad in email look like an email message is quite annoying. Zoom no longer works properly & can't go to landscape.

Updated AOL is HORRIBLE! I want to see EMAIL first, not news! Inbox is now cluttered with cute icons and date separations. Need simple screen when using on phone! Why are some folders viewable from Mail Folders, while others are placed under Saved Folders? Took me forever to find folders I thought had been deleted by AOL. Where do I click to send NEW email? Not obvious, and I can't find it. Been with AOL as my first internet service. These updates cause alot of irritation!!!

What is happening!?! I've had this app forever, but lately it's a major headache. Stalls. Inconsistent notices. Inability to update. Horrible! I don't know what is going on, but it has made email account a hassle.to access. Please fix it... or this is the end of AOL for sure.😔 (edit) I am truly considering leaving this account after MANY years. I just sent an email that took me quite some time to edit... AND AOL sent it - MINUS ALL THE EDIT MATERIAL!?! What the heck is wrong with you!?!
