Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PIXL Companion App on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Experiencing errors with logging in. Weird hash error if I tried to log in with Facebook. Password MUST be more than 8 but less than 12 characters or it shows as invalid. Attempted to reset my password to match those parameters, but it keeps saying the account I just created and verified is inactive. Will edit review higher once I can get in and check it out. Sorry, Antsy crew! Love your stuff, but looks like v1.0 has some bugs to squash!

Can't use it until they fix the password requirements on aign up and login. It let me create and account using a longer password but blocks me from logging in since it's longer than 12 characters. I'm not going to intentionally have worse security practices to use this app. I've already submitted a bug report email (ticket 277081).

Useless junk. Can't access the app due to failures with the login/registration process. Throws errors no matter what you do. Can't create a login, crashes when you try to login with facebook.

Logged in successfullly hoping to find some models to replicate, but turns out you have to pay for it. Not thrilled about it...other than that, the app served no purpose for me.
