This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing BRIM Bullying and Incident Reporting App on PC Windows and Mac.

Apparently you cant use this app if your school isn't listed in the directory, and unfortunately there appears to be no Colorado schools in the directory. That was the quickest install / uninstall in history.
