As others have said, this app doesn't work. Before running ARC Genesis on the sub... I could use this app to adjust it's volume. But only the volume. If I tried to use any of the other features, the app told me that ARC has no been run yet. I finally got the microphone to be recognized & ran ARC successfully. NOW THE APP DOESN'T WORK AT ALL. I keep getting "An internal Error has Occurred". I checked & my phone has Bluetooth turned ON and I am paired with my new XR13. S L PRATT at yahoo dot com

A good app, but should not need location to operate it

There is a bug with a android and password: It will crash if Bluetooth password is used. No issue with Apple.

Big problem with application since update. The application was working last year, but since the last update, i have internal error inside the application while trying to manage 2 x defiance v12 subwoofers. I contacted support and they foward the request to engineering. No resolution since.

App is broken and unable to connect to devices since Jan 2023. Unacceptable to be broken for months for how much the hardware costs.

The app has not been working for MONTHS. I emailed paradigm and they said they were aware of the problem and are working on it. The app has been broken since at least early January 2023; every time you try to open it, it gives an error that says "An internal error has occurred". There are no known solutions to this issue until Paradigm fixes it. This months-long wait is unacceptable.
