Excellent, simple and straightforward. Only one suggestion: allow manual position rearrangement (up/down). Thanks.

The best app! All 3 empty old playlists - Gone! Valid playlist renamed. Take complete control of your playlists with this app. Been racking my brain for months to get this done. One simple swoop did it all and much more if I need to.

Create a new playlist. I tap a track on the left and it's added to the right side. That's it. Can't go any further. Tap the next track I want to add... nothing happens. Double tap, long tap, hold and drag... all no help; nothing will add another track to the new list on the right. When working with the list on the right, a long tap should be required to remove a track... tap & drag should be able to re-order the list. On left, there should be a Select All option, but author doesn't read these. (Russian?)
